Class Pop-up Book
This project was created for my son’s 5th grade class. Each class needed to present a project that could be raffled off to parents at the silent auction. It is a pop-up book that features four pages.
The first spread is a classroom setting with some of the students and their teacher. The walls of the classroom are photos taken of their actual classroom and it features a Smartboard, which several of the honors classes were using at his school.
The second spread is filled with pockets that hold trading cards, representing each child in the class. It includes their picture, birthdate, and several questions about them.
The third spread is the library, where the large book in the center pops up to display photos from all the events and field trips that the class participated in.
The last spread is in the auditorium, where several of the children are ballroom dancing and playing violin. These were two activities in the Arts program that was offered to this 5th grade class.
